Hi, my name is Sophia Partland. I help people release the fear of public speaking.

Years ago, I struggled to speak up in conversations due to self-limiting beliefs. These beliefs led me to think I couldn't hold a conversation, communicate clearly, or be interesting. I feared being seen as unintelligent. This debilitating mindset plagued me for years, even after instructing fitness classes on stage for a decade.

I often found myself freezing in new settings and meetings outside my comfort zone. One day, during a meeting, I froze completely. All I managed to do was state my name—I couldn't share my business name, explain what I did, or why I did it. It was humiliating. After the meeting, I made a B line for the door, drove five kilometers down the road, and had an emotional meltdown in my car.

Once I calmed down, I promised myself that I would never let that happen again. Nine years later, I have chaired meetings, spoken on stages, and participated in networking groups with confidence. Today, I help others release their fear of public speaking.

The "Speak Up & Speak Out" program is designed to identify and dismantle those negative belief systems that unconsciously hold us back. Through education, a structured process, and journaling, we help individuals release their fear of public speaking. This enables them to develop the skills needed to become competent and confident public speakers through preparation and practice.
