Craig Maynard is a dedicated real estate professional licensed in both Queensland and New South Wales, specializing in the Southern Gold Coast and Northern NSW regions. Married to Emma, with two adult children, Blake and Rachel, Craig has deep roots in the southern Gold Coast, having spent most of his life there, apart from a five-year stint living in Singapore.

He spent over 30 years building a career in Enterprise Information Technology, with roles spanning from technical positions to sales, business development, and defining/implementing go-to-market strategies. Although Craig had a successful career in IT, his true passion has always been property investment, which he pursued alongside his professional endeavours. With a lifelong passion for property, Craig has been actively involved in the purchase of dozens of properties in Northern NSW, Southern Gold Coast, and Brisbane.

In 2022, Craig and his wife Emma co-founded Maynard Property Group, driven by a desire to help others experience the lifestyle and financial benefits of the Southern Gold Coast and Northern NSW regions. Craig's extensive knowledge and understanding of the local property market, combined with his sales expertise, uniquely position him to provide exceptional service and value to his clients, whether they are first-time home buyers, upsizers, downsizers, investors, or people looking for a sea or hinterland change.
