I'm the founder and owner of Retirement Care Solutions. The business was created as I felt there was a need to assist retirees and their families through the confusing and often daunting task of deciding whether to stay in their current home, look at downsizing or placement into residential care.

It is often described as a ‘minefield’, where many are too afraid to step into the unknown for fear of getting it wrong, not knowing where to start and where it will all end. I provide solutions and assists our clients every step of the way.

This ed me to creating a unique boutique business Retirement Care Solutions.  My business was founded over 5 years ago to assist retirees, seniors and loved ones find the right solutions when transitioning into Retirement Living and Aged Care.  I had experienced firsthand the confusion and often daunting task of helping my own mum downsize into Retirement Living and subsequently looking into residential care prior to her passing.  I am passionate about retirees enjoying their retirement years and our elderly living their last years in an enjoyable and safe environment whether that is helping them remain in their own home or Residential Care.

I ave worked in the Retirement and Aged Care industry for over 7 years, and I  realised early on that not all solutions suited nor were they the right ones for each individual or couple; hence I established Retirement Care Solutions to enable us to assist and facilitate their move, so it is smooth and easy. It is often described as a ‘minefield’, where many are too afraid to step into the unknown for fear of getting it wrong,not knowing where to start and where it will all end.  I provide solutions and assist my clients every step of the way, ensuring their needs are in safe hands.  

From the door-to-door service of visiting the communities and facilities with clients and/or loved ones, to assisting with decluttering and preparing the home for sale to selling their home to redirecting and connecting utilities and services in their new home.  I can even assist and complete the paperwork for Centrelink.  I’m able to give my clients the peace of mind they are looking for as I’m there to help them through their journey from start to finish.

I envision Retirement Care Solutions to continue to grow from strength to strength. With more services being created and delivered such as our Member CareSolutions I envision being able to provide our services across Australia.  I want Retirement Care Solutions to be the first choice when retirees and seniors are considering a move into Retirement Living and Aged Care.

I previously had a 10-year career at Centrelink and have a very good understanding how the department works.  I have also retained my Real Estate certificate for the past 10 years which enables me to consult, recommend and guide my clients in all aspects of real estate, giving them peace of mind and ultimately making the transition to retirement and aged care living stress free and enjoyable.
