After spending half a decade buying, building, renovating and developing properties in Brisbane we decided it was time to start offering our services to the public and One Percent Property was born. While working with these development projects I realised that there is a real need for a well priced agent that really understands property but most importantly an agent who really cares about their clients and getting the best possible result for you!

As the owner and real estate specialist for One Percent Property my goal is to help you sell your home for the best possible price while ensuring your experience is as enjoyable as possible. Through our game-changing business model we are able to offer all of the same services (and more) as a standard agent while only charging you 1% (+gst) commission!
