I specialise in the areas of insolvency law and commercial litigation. I regularly appears for clients in the federal jurisdiction and in superior courts across a range of Australian states.

My insolvency experience extends to acting in the appointment of liquidators, receivers, administrators and trustees in bankruptcy, through to post-insolvency actions including insolvency trading claims, preference actions, recovery claims and public examinations.

I am a full member of the Australian Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround Association.

Key areas of my proven commercial litigation experience include prosecuting and defending business contract disputes, restraint of trade actions, loan agreement disputes, guarantee and mortgage claims, as well as misleading and deceptive conduct actions.

I act on behalf of a range of business clients across industry segments including motor dealers, transport operation, professional advisers and financial services.
